Enhancing Shutterstock.com site features (archival article)
SS SiteBoost is extremely useful for Shutterstock contributors. The bookmarklet option still works with any browser.
Autorun option added for GreaseMonkey / Firefox and Google Chrome, Safari. Found problems in Opera 10, working on it.
How it works?
Script recognizes the Shutterstock page You are on and launches a specified action according to it. When You enter selected page – just click Your new bookmark button.
It gives an easy way to manage Shutterstock portfolio:
* adds edit buttons as a short cut to edit each photo from the gallery and from contributor Home page – without searching through the batches
* adds a possibility to edit photo data straight from its page (by clicking the bookmarklet button there).
* StatSS – quick stats from almost any SS page
* adds alternative Image Previews with full title text – in gallery and on Home page
* makes Image Previews available in Chrome, Opera (also useful for image buyers)
GreaseMonkey for Firefox allows to autorun the SS SiteBoost script, so there is no need to click the bookmark to enable all options as in the bookmarklet version.
Anywhere You go – Forum page, Home page, Gallery Page – SS SiteBoost is now automatically launched and ready to use.
